IAU 100 km Americas Championship - race report
IAU 100 km Americas Championship - race report. Felipe Coast da Silva and Helen Cristina Caldera Deluque both from Brazil won the Championship. Brazil won Men Team and Argentina. Women Team competition. It is new chapter in ultrarunning history for South America. For the first time we had opportunity to have IAU Championship here and it was great success. Brazil and CBAT host Athletes from the region and it was big milestone with sport development for South America.

On July 27th the 2nd IAU 100 km Americas Championships will take place on the coast of Bertioga in Sao Paulo, Brazil. South America has never held an international ultra-distance championship so there is great excitement in the area.

A Few days ago we shared with you the end year summary from Championship perspective as this was fantastic year for international ultrarunning, with six ultra-distance championships covering all regions. Now we would like to share more about our organization that stands behind those developments and which works all the yearlong to deliver world class events. Our aim is and always was to support Athletes, Federations and organizations.
