At the EGM in Belfast our Vice President Nadeem Khan informed the Federations that I would be assisting the IAU with communication.
Good communication is essential for any organisation to operate effectively. When we consider the IAU which is regarded as global we have further challenges. To meet those challenges I have been offered help from 3 Federations, one from South America and two from Europe. Their help will be essential if we are to meet the needs of our athletes and I would welcome support from Asia and Africa to ensure all areas of the World are represented.
We will begin by evaluating our website which I regard as the main artery of communication and then the use social media. Please be patient as changes will not be immediate.
