It was very productive event. Hilary Walker, Project Coordinator and IAU General Secretary had opportunity to visit the race venue in September this year as well.
We are happy to announce that preparations for the race are coming along very well. The Athletes Village is all encompassing with all amenities onsite including a convenience store and restaurants. The course has also been all laid out and the next steps are to get it officially measured.

The accommodations are going to be very comfortable for athletes and team management. The LOC is very involved in making sure that all visitors for the championships are well taken care of during their stay.
The Press Conference on 25th November spread the word to the local community on the big event in September next year. It will truly be a memorable event!
