Dear all, as you are aware, you have been nominated for positions on the IAU Executive Council and/or Area Representatives.
May I remind you of the following points which were in the letter of 19th February sent to your federations.
- All candidates would be expected to have read the WA Code of ethics regarding elections as the IAU follows the WA rules and regulations unless stated otherwise.
- All nominated candidates are asked to provide a CV (maximum size 2 sides of A4) by April 5th for inclusion in the final circulation of the agenda and papers
If you wish to present your case in the official circulation to Member Federations for the Congress and Elections, the deadline is next Monday April 5th.
