The 2024 IAU 24H Americas Championships showcased an impressive display of endurance and determination in Mar del Plata, Argentina, as athletes from across the continent came together for the Championships. With 15 women from 6 countries and 19 men from 7 countries competing, the championships highlighted high performances and fierce competition.

In the men's category, Mexico emerged victorious with a total distance of 660.946 km, earning the gold medal. Brazil claimed the silver with 640.758 km, and Argentina took home the bronze with 622.066 km.
