2023 IAU 100 km Asia and Oceania Championships results

It was dominated win by Japanese runners taking over podium in men and women competition at IAU 100 km Asia and Oceania Championships that took place on July 30th 2023 in Bangalore, India.

Toru Somiya (JPN) is the men winner of IAU 100 km Asia and Oceania Championship. Winning time 6.39.38 and second and third place was taken by athletes from Japan as well. All three completed 100 km below 7 hours.

Mojo Nakata (JPN) is the women winner of IAU 100 km Asia and Oceania Championship. Winning time 7.27.43. In women competition it was the same story as for men where all top 3 athlete were from Japan and this time all women completed 100 km below 8 hours.

In the team competition Japan took gold for both women and men. Only second place was different as for women it was Australia who won silver and for men it was India. Third place and bronze medal in both cases were taken by Chinese Taipei. Congratulation to all participants for great performance.
