World Mountain and Trail Running Championships webinar
World Athletics hosted two webinars today (January 11th) for member federations and others to introduce the first World Mountain and Trail Running Championships. These will be organised in Chiang Mai, Thailand in November through the Thailand Tourist Authority and with Thai Athletic Federation support. The LOC presented the delights of Chiang Mai, convenience for travel and accommodation. The Organising Group from the WMRA, IAU and ITRA presented details of the championships and the Race Director also gave more details on the provisional courses. These will be dependent on the site visit in the coming months. The presentation from the webinar is under above link.
