Following our communication form April 14th regarding our issue with calendar entry form we are very happy to inform you that the form is back to operation and it’s working correctly. After massive SPAMBOT attack we were able to fix the problem. In addition, we introduced some security features to protect from future incidents like this.
In the pictures and steps mentioned below you will be able to see what is expected from the system once the form is used and completed properly. The way to access the form remain the same and can be found under following link (picture below).
Once the form is completed and you push “ADD THIS RACE” button you will see a statement as shown in the picture below.
At the same time you will get an email from “calendar” mailbox with clear summary from the data entry and confirmation link to activate your race (see picture below)

As mentioned already in the original announcement, please note that rest of our services are functioning properly, this included request for labelling. You can request IAU Labels as it was before.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience, but were doing all what we could to solve this.
