New Zealand, team results from 2021 IAU 6H Virtual Global Solidarity Weekend
We are now presenting results for New Zealand, who had very strong women team with 9 and 5 men. Total distance covered was just above 934 km.
It is a massive honour to represent my country, New Zealand. It is also a huge privilege to be participating in the IAU Global Solidarity Weekend. It is a wonderful initiative introduced by the International Association of Ultrarunners (IAU) uniting runners from around the world in solidarity and at the same time motivating athletes to train and participate during the pandemic which has been a challenging time for all.

Only one word can sum up my morning...well and a little bit into the afternoon... EPIC!!
Being able to run to support NZ in the 6hr IAU Solidarity event. Doing something I love so so much and sharing the experience with these super humans. The biggest thank you to Wayne Botha for organising us. Been so cool watching what the other NZ runners have been achieving....
