To ensure clarity and fairness during the IAU 24H World Championships, we will enforce the rules consistently for all participants, specifically regarding the use of technical equipment. According to IAU Rule 3.43, the possession or use of mobile phones, or similar devices is not permitted. This is in line with World Athletics Rule 6.3.2, which states that the possession or use of mobile phones and similar devices in the competition area is not allowed. In line with this, we will only allow devices that play music and do not have communication capabilities, as outlined in our regulations. The one exception would be for medical reasons if a TUE has been applied.
