Dear General Secretary,
Please find attached the formal invitation to attend the IAU Congress 2025 in Albi on 17th October. This gives you formal notice of the Congress, draft agenda and details for the elections for Council for the next four year term. All posts are open for nominations by your federation with a deadline of August 17th. You will also need to register your intention to attend either in person or on line at the time. We will also need an email (not a generic federation one) for the person you select as your federation voting member for Congress and the elections. Please note the various deadlines for these procedures:
