Please note:
All morning activities and opening ceremony will take place in the Ball Room at the Chancery Pavilion, located on the basement level. All are invited to participate.
Friday, December 6th
09:00 – 10:00 AM: Panel Discussion
10:00 – 11:00 AM: Technical meeting.
11:00 AM – 11:15 AM: The 40th Anniversary presentation
11:15 – 12:00 AM: Outfit meeting, accreditation and athletes packages collection.
12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch for team representation
01:30 – 01:45 PM: Team gathering at ball room
2:00 PM: Opening ceremony in the Ball Room.
4:00 PM: Opening ceremony concludes.
Saturday, December 7th:
3:00 AM: Breakfast starts at each hotel
4:00 AM: Buses begin departing for the race venue form hotels
4:30 AM: Last bus departs. Please be on time to avoid missing transport.
5:30 AM: Call room opens.
5:50 AM: Call room closes.
6:00 AM: Race begins.
Post-Race: Transportation will be available after the first six hours from the start of the event for a swift return to hotels.
7:00 PM: Closing ceremony and dinner
