IAU 6H Virtual Global solidarity Run Bosnia and Herzegovina
We are pleased to share results for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Congratulations and thank you for participating in the Global Event.
Finished my race with pleasant surprise that I was not even dreaming. I thought I would not make it at one point and I have considered giving up but then my father showed up and it gives me a great PUSH. I have never run before a 6h event and this time I did it well. For sure I feel very proud wearing my home country colors. It always has been and will be my motivation to represent my country.

Zdravko Baric was running in Slovenia (Ljubljana) and this IAU Virtual Run was great opportunity to do preparation for his plan to participate in IAU 24H WC in 2021. Dalibor Jovicic was running in Bosanski Brod (BiH), Denis Henda was running in Sarajevo (BiH) and it was his first ultra run. I [Mirsad Abdakovic] was running in Klagenfurt (Austria). My goal was 65 km easy run for training as I am planning to participate in 24h race next month.
I am very happy that our athletes participated on this great Global event. Unfortunately some athletes have injuries and could not risk running but it was great success. I am very proud that Bosnia and Herzegovina is also participating on all IAU events since we become IAU member in 2017 and I hope that we will have in future more athletes taking part of IAU Events. Ultra is fast growing, rising in our country as well. I am glad that we are part of world ultra community.
