To All IAU Member Federations,
Dear General Secretary, This is a reminder that, today 1st June, the World Athletics Event Entry System has now been opened for the IAU 100K World Championships Preliminary Entries. I attach a separate proforma for those (few) IAU Federations who are not connected with their WA federation to enter their data directly. Can those countries fill out the proforma and I will ensure that their data is entered into the system and copies of their entries will be forwarded to them.
I also attach a revised GIS with corrected WMA information and other edits. Please note that in contrast with previous competitions, the invoices for the accommodation will be issued on receipt of the PEFs and therefore based on that information being accurate. The LOC will send out these invoices by July 15th and ALL payments must be made by August 1st 2026. If you want to use the shuttles from Santiago to the hotels then please fill out your travel dates. All relevant information is on page 26 of the GIS.
