4^ ULTRA-CONERO - MEMORIAL "MIMMO STRAZZULLO"

The 4th Conero IIII Memorial Mimmo Strazzullo Ultramarathon event will take place in Porto Recanati (MC), organized by Grottini Team Recanati ASD, which includes four distance races: 10, 30, 50 and 100km, in addition to the 10x10 relay. The 50 km and 100 km are silver labels. the race is organized very well. Medical assistance will be guaranteed with 2 points in the arrival area and half of the route with an emergency first aid.
A medical service on motorbike is provided. There are 2 refreshment points, one in the starting area and one at the 5th km.
There will be no sponging, there will be water and salts in the refreshment areas. At the beginning of the refreshment area of ​​the 2nd refreshment point (km10 and multiple) tables will be positioned where each athlete can place their personalized refreshments/supplies. Everything is fine
