5 men and 1 woman run during the 2023 IAU 6h Virtual Global Solidarity Weekend in Ukraine. Because of the danger of Russian missile attack the team could not run in one place. We participated in 4 different cities including Kharkiv and Mykolaiv, which are very close to the war line.
Here are also some quotes from our runners:
Taking on a new challenge, we feel alive! In these dark times for Ukraine, we want to show that we are alive, we are breathing heavily, and full of determination!"
Serhii Riazantsev from the city of Mykolaiv
This is one of the ways to truly understand the depth of your soul, your capabilities, your inner limits, which turn out to be immeasurable. See your weaknesses and get rid of them. You need to work a lot on yourself to learn how to manage your brain, because it is the main obstacle! Ultra beautiful. It makes a person truly free and deeply independent. You won't see much with your eyes, but a person who overcomes the ultra over and over again, it's as if he creates himself again. Ultra is a wonderful trainer of your own Spirit
