Please be informed that the venue for the 50Km World Championship has shifted from Necklace Road to Sukoon Ground, University of Hyderabad. This had to be done as there is a Government event on Necklace on the same day as the World Championships. Notifcation to all Federation was sent as well.
The new venue is
- A beautiful campus (instead of the main road earlier) and is
- A 5 Km Loop (instead of the earlier 10Km).
The course is asphalt as flat as Necklace Road. It is not dusty road. We will have a aid/water station at 2.5 km. The course will be officially measured this weekend.
The venue is about 30min drive from Hotel Greenpark where the team will be staying. Transport to and from the venue will be arranged. Everything else remains the same.

Start time of the event is 7:00AM on Nov 5th.

We have 20 federations taking part with a total of 102 athletes and we are looking forward to seeing you all in Hyderabad very soon.
