Peter has for nearly two decades been a keen ultrarunner with many performances to his name all the way from 6hour & 24hour up to the long multiday events.
As coordinator for the Danish Ultrarunning Team Peter Bøgevig has been an integral part of the success from the moment he stepped in. His positive spirit as well as his dedicated and precise work will be sorely missed. Also as a friend he will be strongly missed. We were all fortunate to have such a friend and capacity in Danish ultrarunning.

Peter had become the cornerstone of Danish Ultrarunning over the last several years. His constant presence at the Championships was a source of inspiration for Danish runners.
