The second course, this time in English, will take place in the Romanian city of Brasov on August 30th, coinciding with the IAU 50 K World Championship.
After a few years of transition, training and building up a global panel of experts as IAU Technical Delegates, then we intend for all IAU-labeled competitions be supervised by a local IAU Technical Delegate.
