The 50km attracts around 4000 runners and the race itself go around the scenic Hartbeespoort Dam in South Africa that is around 60 km outside Johannesburg. There are 2 large climbs (one at 16 km and another one at 42 km) plus a few shorter steep challenges.
Regional development is an integral part of global promotion of the sport of ultrarunning. Our goal is to decrease the distances between races worldwide and this is why we would like to share with you the event.
There will be live streaming covering leading men and women in the event. The links for the live stream are provided below.
We want to thank Norrie Williamson and the Race Directors of Om Die Dam for coordinating with us on live streaming the race.
