There was unanimous approval to to align IAU membership for some country federations more in line with that for the IAAF. This will allow some countries to have more that one federation member for their country if all the federations are already IAAF members. The second amendment allows for elections to replace the Presidential vacancy and any consequential vacancies at the next Congress in Croatia in September 2018. Again this was voted in unanimously.
