In the months since the official notification on 21st August, there have been no requests from member federations for constitutional amendments and the Executive Council do not propose any either so the agenda for the Congress is now finalised and details are attached.
Basically you will be receiving the Executive Council Report which covers the last two years of our activities including our new constitutional basis agreed at the end of 2012 nd the Accounts and budget for next year. These will be open for discussion.
