• International GBR Ultradistance participation for IAU Championships  from 1990 till 2000.
• Various World Best Performances 50M, 100M, 24H, 200M, 48H from 1988 till 1992 etc
• IAU European 100K Champion 1992, Silver Medallist 1993, 100 km PB 7:50H set in Winschoten, Netherlands
• IAU World 100k Championships Bronze medallist. 1989, Paris, France.
• Still active in triathlon and cycling competitions.
