2019 IAU 24 H World Championship � provisional results

2019 IAU 24 H World Championship – provisional results. The 2019 IAU 24H World Championships took place on 26th – 27th October in Albi, France. It was the biggest championship so far with recorded 45 Member Federation participated in the event. Camille Herron from USA (270,116 km – World Best Performance) and Aleksandr Sorokin from Lithuania (278,973– Lithuanian Best Performance) won the Championship. USA took gold for both Women and Men Team Championships.

IAU Trail WC and IAU 24 Hour EC preliminary race registration statisticsWe are approaching two of the IAU event schedule for the first half of 2018. On May 12th in Penyagolosa (Spain) we will take part of the IAU Trail World Championship and on May 26th-27th in Timisoara (Romania) the IAU 24 Hour European Championship. The preliminary registration is completed. Based on provided data we are delighted to let you know that we will have on both events a record number of enrolled countries and athletes.

2018 IAU Asia& Oceania 24H Championship pre-pace report. 2018 IAU Asia& Oceania 24H Championship will be held at Taipei, Taiwan on December 1 st – 2 nd . The LOC is Soochow University who hosts the prestigious Soochow 24h race. This will be the 18th edition of Soochow 24H race in conjunction with continental championship race. The OM is the Chinese Taipei Association of Ultrarunners.

2018 IAU Asia& Oceania 24H Championship - race report

2018 IAU 24H Asia & Oceania Championship race reportJapan dominated 2018 IAU 24 hour Asia & Oceania Championship. Yuri Matsumoto (219.112 km) and Yoshihiko Ishikawa (253.420 km) both from Japan took home gold medals in individual competition. They lead both teams for double gold medals at Team competition with Women aggregated result of 620.181 km and Men 752.474 km. This was fantastic event.
