First IAU 50 Km African Championship – GIS published. On December 7th the first IAU 50 km African Championship will take place in Sagamu, Nigeria. All concern IAU Member Federations have just been sent the invitations, entry forms (Preliminary Entry Form and Final Entry Form) and General Information Sheet (GIS) for the Championship.

2019 IAU 50 Km World Championship – Athletes List. On September 1st 2019 the IAU 50 km World Championship will take place in Brasov, Romania. All the IAU Member Federations have provided all required details about Athletes and officials that will participate in the event. This mean we will have Athletes from 31 countries around the world that will take part of the Championship. There will be 75 women from 26 countries and 94 men from 26 countries.

2021 IAU 50 km World Championship announcement. We are very pleased to announce that the 2021 IAU 50 km World Championships was granted to Taipei, Taiwan. The Championships will take place on October 31st, 2021 and it will be organize by Chinese Taipei Association of Ultrarunners (CTAU).

IAU Congress 2016: 26th November Los Alcazares, Spain -Candidates for Election.All our Member Federations were advised at the end of August about the IAU Congress in November and invited to submit nominations for candidates for the IAU Executive Council and Area Representatives due for election for 2016-2020 at the IAU Congress.
